Just a short introduction here.

I live in a rural town in the Southeast region of the US.

I have been a practicing witch for a little over 14 years now, and my path has been rather circuitous.  I found out that I had been studying in one form or another for quite some time, and just didn't know that what I was learning had anything to do with Paganism, or witchcraft.  Everything I know has come with a high price.  I have had to let go of old ideas, old forms of thought, and even old perceptions of reality.  I have had to allow my universe to expand so that it included all, and I had to allow my heart and mind to expand so that it could include every form of expression.  I had to learn to let go of preconcieved notions about how we are forced to label ourselves, and realize that labels are just there so that others can have a framework to try to relate to us in. 

I'm working now on letting go of my Ego.  It seems to me that the Ego gets in the way, holds us back and does nothing more than invite more pain and misunderstanding into our lives.  I'm also working on living purely in the moment.  Being in the "NOW".  Understanding that we are all divine creatures choosing to have a rather material and physical experience.  And learning all that that intales.  Learing to live in wonder at the messy, sticky, gory, complicated, and beautiful existance that we have created for ourselves. 

I am the eternal student, learning to become the ultimate observer, and trying to remember to see with eyes of wonder.
