I have used pendulums in the past but had always been told that one direction meant yes, one meant no and going in a circle meant unclear. I read this posting and I took the gold ring from my finger, used a basic string and rested my elbows on the table so as not to cause any movement. Once the ring was holding perfectly still I asked it to show me yes. It instantly began swinging in a circle. I asked it to show me now and in only a few seconds it stopped swinging in the circle and began swinging to and from me in a staight line. I tested this over and over and over asking yes and no questions. I tried to trick it with asking things that gave a yes answer and then quickly asked if my name was Fred. It swung in the direction of what it had indicated was no. I have been doing this for days now, making it more and more complicated each time. It has been right on each and every time. This goes against everythig I have read about pendulum use. In some things that I have read it says that using a personal item, such as a ring, causes your wishes and energies to influence the out come of the answer. After testing this over and over I find that to be false. I asked some hard questions, ones that if I could have chosen the answer to be what I desired, I would have gotten a different answer then I got. The ring spoke the truth even though the truth was not what I wished it to be. Thank you for this post. It has been very helpful. Any suggestions on more advanced workings with this kind of pendulum?
