I have an Idé of why you feels like this.
You don't really feel sorry about yourself. do you? I believe I see in you that feeling sorry for oneself is a bad thing. The most people think that way. You can't just dicide to think positive on all in life now, can you?
I suggest that you allow yourself to truely feel sorry about yourself for a start. If you do you are not a bad person, you are not even gay if you think that way

Nature has given us the ability to greif. We should do that.
Feel free to make a thread here about all if you havn't any one else to talk to. The important thing is that you lay out everything out from your mind so that you can se the picture. Then get a new perspective on the things that have been.
to think positive on the future I think you need a trigger. If you do those two first steps you might have find it allready, or else you will eventually find your trigger (as long as you are searching for it). When you do, you will get one chance to build on the hope. If you manage with that you should have more and more positive perspective.
Well this was very detailed and maybe not your life. It was an example of how it could be. And I think you are somthing like that. This was tips, not guidelines. See if anything of it works for you or else it's rubish and don't bother using them

I also must say, I don't know what happened to you. But you seem really strong. To jugde my feeling about you, others would not stand what you go trhough right now. You may feel weak, but thats becouse you'r tired. When life comes back to you, and things get better (yes, they will if you work on it) You will be really strong in yourself. Thats a big positive in you as a person. And hats why I think you can do it
