Every time I see CBT, my mind goes back to my very active leather days.

I have to remind myself just what we are talking about.

Well...It seems like CBT is all onother thing in your country Julian. Here it is like I said. But of course, here it's called KBT (Kognetiv beteende terapi) But I believe it's the same thing.

Here it workes like, "think of this when you feel that comming" "Do that when you feel this" And I can't take that. Thanks for the advice though
