Well..... I'm very sick. I probably have "bipolar disorder" (have meds for it daily) and also against insomnia. Don't get me wrong, I would never put the resposibility of my life in your hands (In other words, I would never exange my medicine for alternative medicin without talking with my doctor). But just for the sake of discusion. And for fun! Do you know any altarantive treat against Insomnia and Bipolar disorder?


I dont think I need to explain Insomnia for you. But It is when you have a realy hard time sleeping

Bipolar disorder is when you have "two poles". It works like a switch you have on the wall to turn your lamp on and of. One period You are the happiest man in the world, nothing can hurt you. then the switch gose of and your life is not even worth living for. You get really deppresed. Well, there is other less dangerous versions of it but this was the easiest to explain.


And A warning for the readers. Don't ever do anything with yor medication unless you know exactly what you are doing. Talk with your docktor is my advise. If you end the medication for disorders like those it will ocatially end upp with you taking your life. Not nessercerly intational.

Against Insomnia I know Honey and hot milk is superb!

I often drink camomile tea on the evening both to turn down my preassure and to ease on my "anguish" (I think thats the word)

I know St John's wort is good against depressions.

Warm milk is nice. It's actually intresting if people like warm milk or not. It seems to be black or white. Locky me to be white (like milk) But the most seems to be black. (not like it at all.)
