He's so good, apparently, that devotees are posting little stories like this all over the net. Bash his name into a search engine and see for yourself - some of them are entertaining, if a shade similar.

Yeah, I noticed it too....I even went as far as checking with some "big wheels" in the T.A.R.'s overseas and I was told by them it's nothing but a scam.

This guy Paul ticks me off. Really I wish he would stop using posting slots for this crap. Worse yet he seems to be from where I am from if he is telling the truth. I keep hoping in some odd way I will run into him somewhere.
