1. triphala - add one teaspoon of this powder to warm water in a glass. then also add in 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar. stir it and drink it. repeat this 1-2 times DAILY. this herb is very effective but it properly starts working after 3 months.

well, yes it will be hard for you to completely understand ayurvedic medicines but hey, my mum is an ayurvedic doctor so i know a lot about indian herbs and ayurvedic tratments.... especially because i am indian haha its easier!

well there is no latin name for triphala. but there is botanical name for the three herbs it is made out of:

1. amlaki's botanical name- embilica officianls

2. haritaki- terminalia chebula

3.bibhitaki- Terminalia belerica

by the way, they are indian herbs (not chinese)
