I know they'll never be completely gone. However, I am looking forward to some time in my own head. I suspect I'll get lots of time to worry when the teen years start (in about two months).

ok i managed to get meditation down for a lil bit so i tried astral projection..now heres the question on astral projection... how can i stop myself from being hurt cause when i wake up from my journey my body starts to hurt all over. and it hasnt done that before....i remember getting attacked in the astral world as i call it but i didnt think it would affect me in real life..any advice...

I have to admit that I can't offer any help with the Astral Travel question.
A few weeks back we had a discussion about it in the forums where Gana and April put their knowledge to work.....

Dear child Lepercon, Meditation is an exercise that can take YEARS to master. It is not just a one afternoon and I've got it thing.

Astral travel.... You really did not pay attention here. Experienced travelers often bring back bruises, and other minor injuries. It can be extreemly dangerous unless you know how to controll your mind.

Quit watching movies and tv shows. Go spend some time out in nature and figure out how many squirrels want to change their eye color.
