I also knew, well in my gut, that a vision quest is different from Astral travel. I guess I sum it up as a spiritual jorney, i.e. to find oneself, as to a 'vacation' journey with Astral travel. I don't know if that makes sense to anybody but.....
As to Vision Quests, April is right about them not only being NA. All the old civilization had them in one form or the other.
