I didn't mean to imply ONLY in the States. It's just that since I don't live outside the States I couldn't say how well such things might be tolerated.

There is a spell that does change your sex although to do so would force you to look at what you actually are not at what you want to be. The final question you must ask yourself is what are you at your core? Most Lycanthrope change sex on a regular basis but this particular spell is at the Wizard level not the basic.

Shapeshifting (mythicaly known as lycanthropy)is an ADVANCED SHAMANIC TECHNIQUE. It is not to be tried without the supervision of a master shaman, because of the dangers. Shapeshifting has nothing to do with a PERMANENT sex change because you can not live in the shifted state forever.

MAYBE WE NEED TO PST SOMETHING TO CLEARIFY WHAT SHAPWSHIFTING REALLY IS BECAUSE IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A SEX CHANGE. JUST MY THOUGHT.

The Lycanthrop spell IS temporary. There was one at the wizard level where the caster actually changes from one gender to another. I agree it is shamanic techniques for the shapeshifter. At the Wizard level of spell casting you actually change your form. I have seen the Wizard level performed some 20 years ago and the caster went from male to female with all the appropriate stuff. Nor was it a glamor as I was well able to see past that kind of stuff.

The only problem with the spell as it was told to me was that it could only be cast on the caster and only once in their life. After that there was no going back. You might even call that spell Adept level. All I know is that it is non reversable as it takes considerable power from the caster to do it one time.
