Hey everybody! if i may interject, I have some questions concerning this topic; Heroheid you had an interesting coment that psychic attacks most of the time come from with in! I've just watched a video clip on thought forms+astral entitys,and i wondered could one create such things unknowingly? like most poltergeist activitys suround a person who maybe has mental gifts and are manifesting paranormal events because they are unaware that they are the cause,and usally when the person becomes aware of their talents/gifts and they can find outlets these things stop,so my question would be can one invent/create these psychic entitys unknowingly? and if yes how does one destroy+protect from them???..... In my experience, if the attack is "from within"....
Then what is needed to stop, or protect from these attacks is a change of attitude or perspective. Sounds easy but... Controlling your own mind can be the hardest thing to acomplish. Most of us don't recognize the negativity or harmful perceptions that we carry around. It takes real work to get to the root of these things. Sometimes that work can be painful, but it is worth it.

I understand where you are coming from! but if a foundation is flawed then the whole house is compromised! it would be best to tear down and start again! but how can you tear down the house of what makes us who we are? I hear it said so many times "GET OVER IT!" or repress it and it will build+build...so how can one change the fabric of what+who we are?...............................octavion

Only a plaintiff's expert would require that you tear down the house. The defense expert would assess the situation, fortify the foundation as required and apply topical sealants if necessary. You need not destroy all the effort that went into the rest of the building.
Just use caution when adding on or 'renovating' from within.

Probably the best thing I have ever heard on "getting over" what has happened in the past is....
Bad things have happened to you, but they do not define you, they and everything else that is in the past is the story of you. You can not change them, they are in the past and that is gone. You can decide how to let them effect the future, but only if you work with them in the "now".
