Aura cleansing and chakra balancing are things that are "hands on".

if they actually know what they are doing they could set the charm up to absorb a certain wavelength of energy ( ex. negative energy)

this will not get everything and after a specific time you would have to bury the charm ( crystal works best ) however it would absorb that one wavelength of energy well

i have never tried setting one up to absorb more than one aspect of energy so am not sure if that is possible
however crystals have been known as batterys , energy traps , and for many uses involving energy

so if the person knows what they are doing it would be possible to create a simple charm designed to absorb or clean a specific type of energy from a host source

however it would be generic without the creator having contact with you and the results would varry from person to person

however i would suggest that from them it is nothing more than an attempt at drumming up buisness

a friend of mine sold some stones on e bay

he was getting 1 dollar a piece for them then one day he asked me to bless the box he kept his merchandise in

he then proceeded to tell ppl that the stones came from a container that was blessed by a 2nd degree priest ( me and no he did not lie i did put a generic blessing on the box)

and then the stones he was selling started to sell for 5 dollars each lol just keep that in mind

and while it is true that it did no harm the only thing that was blessed was the box not the stones so it did no actuall good either

and if ppl found those stones to be more potent or healing or whatever than normal stones they could have bought somewhere else

that is something that would have been soley dependant upon their belief and mind
