Try this for starters.....Before you go to sleep tell yourself that you want to remember your SG's name when you wake up. Do that for at least 3 nights in a row. The first name that pops into your mind should be your SG's name.

ROMANA, thanks for the SG tip and yes the spell is sort of like that, it basically traps the spell and places it with the sender then the ashes burn away the harm it was meant to do.
