Well Anne... You meen like exercise witout doing serios magic? Yeah that possible.

If you raise energie you will force it the direction that you focus. But if you don't have raised energies it won't effekt you more than dreaming.

Meditate in some "no-magick" style. Try to fokus on somthing. Or another good thing is to buy "psykic cards". Or just try to visuaise what your mom gonna say nex time you answer the phone. You can close your eyes and try to visualise how the room your in looks like. then you can visualise how the room next to yours looks like. Maybe how it looks on another planet or in another dimention.

This is all good psykic exercises. It will help you big time to focus and it makes mentaly stronger.

But, they say you learn from your mistakes, right?

I will try to do some practise in consentration. So when I want to raise any energy, it will be more powerful and more accurate.

It also helps to KNOW what it is that you are wishing for and to be clear and specific.

You can say "I want to win the lottery" and be thinking the $300 million jackpot, but then you only get $10 from your ticket. You won, but it wasn't exactly what you wanted was it?

Be sure that what you think you want is what you want. I have met many people who "want" that person to love them, and then.... Well the prince never was a prince, he was always a frog. If they had payed attention they would have known that and not gotten involved.

I think we (human race) allways pay to much attencion to the details and logic. An example. Lets say I have big depts. I want to get rid of them. What do I need to get ridd of my depts? Well the obius answer is money, right? So do I wish for money? NO! Now I have forgoten what I wanted in the first place! I don't want money, I want to get rid of the depts. So I abiusly wish to get ridd of them. In that way I open much more possibilites.
If I want a car I wish for a car, not for the money to buy it. If I want to find my true lover, I wish for to find hem/her. I don't pick one out and force that one to beleive that he/she is. Thats not what I fisrt wanted. I want my blind mother to see again. I don't care how, just let her see. And I have opened the door to the posibilities.

I can se the pattern. We allways has to do the hard before the easy. nothing can be easy, right?

PS: I think that is pretty much the same you ment with the lottery April?
