So Whale, what do you have to say?

I am the record keeper of the Earth. I carry the vast sea of thought and dreams along with the feeling nature of each One: human, animal, plant or mineral. But I don't "carry" it in the usual sense or keep it as my own. Like the ocean it is my home. And I will show you the first step of Transformation that Butterfly has given.

This knowledge is not mine to give. It is freely given by the Great Mystery, Creator, God, the one Shakti, the Sole Doer, the One. Thus it is yours to choose or to ignore. It is already yours. I offer the blessing of Who I Am in this, the Egg phase.

Transformation begins here with a patient incubation, our wings only a dream or a fantasy; something that Others possess: The ability to know. To know what? To know our Selves for what we truly are. It begins in the egg and we return to the egg phase again and again.

I swim in circles diving deeper and deeper into the sea of consciousness.

It is like the Grouse dance. It is said that one who dances in circles again and again comes closer and closer to what they seek

This is the sacred spiral of life, the spiral of the sea shell. Life danced outward in the beginning of Creation and must dance inward to find itSelf to know itSelf. That is the gift of being.

My dance is from the surface to deep within the ocean--it is an upright circle. It is in the depths that you find sustenance that allows you to thrive in these times. My lesson is one word.

It is a gift which has already been given.

It is yours to choose and accept.

It is One Word...

Breathe.
