In Numerology, Life Paths describes who we are and what we will become. It represents the journey you will take from the day of your birth and all throughout your lifetime. Life Paths also show us the life we are meant to take and the natural traits we are born with.
Because of its representation and meaning, Life Path is considered the main number in Numerology. It is the equivalent of Sun signs in Astrology and every individual fits into a specific Life Path. These Life Paths are much like our guidelines to life.
To know the traits and talents you were born with, you first need to convert your birth date into a single digit number. To do that you need to add each component of your birth date into individual single digit numbers. If you were born on August 16, 1977 it will translate to 8 (August), 1 + 6 (date of birth), and 1 + 9 + 7 + 7 (year of birth).
Ones you have three single digit numbers then you can add it all up to get a single digit number that corresponds to the core numbers of Occult Numerology. Using the example, August 16, 1977 it will give you 8 + 7 + 6 = 21 which in turn will be 2 + 1 = 3. If you ended up with a master number, which are the numbers 11 and 22, there is no need to add each digit to come up with a single digit number.
